Practice Getting Back on Track

With everything going on in the world, let us be proactive and practice getting back on track.

  • When jarred, unavoidably, by circumstances, revert at once to yourself, and do not lose the rhythm more than you can help.  You will have a better grasp of the harmony and rhythm if you keep on going back to it.
  • Do not feel exasperated, or defeated, or despondent because your days are not packed with wise and moral actions.  When we fail, or fall, get back up and celebrate behaving like a human (however imperfectly) and fully embrace the pursuit that you have embarked on.
  • Pride and outward show is a seducer of reason.  When you think you are occupied, in the weightiest business, that is when it has you in its spell.
